I had a dream that I died today.
A dream that just won't go away.
A dream where everything went gray.
I had a dream that I died.

I had a dream that no one cared.
A dream that everyone just stared.
A dream where you just grin and bare.
I dream that no one cares.

I had a dream where I was alone.
A dream that my world turned to stone.
A dream where no one else was home.
I dream of being alone.

I had a dream of a world with no love.
A dream that you would know not of.
A dream where push will come to shove.
I dream of absent love.

I dreamt of death. I should've known
I dreamt of a love that hasn't grown.
When no one cared I was alone.
Inside a house that's not a home.
